Rates are not applicable during peak or block-out periods, determined at the time of reservation.
Gold Reef City:
Not operational on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
Last entrance is at 15h00.
Vehicle & Guide Services:
In Garden Route: Vehicle is at disposal for 8 hours.
Other locations: Vehicle use is limited to scheduled tours.
Driver cum guide is available for sightseeing only; airport transfers are serviced by a driver only.
Hotel Policies:
Standard check-in time: 15h00; standard check-out time: 10h00.
Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion and availability.
Family rooms may include a sleeper cot, couch, or mattress for additional guests.
Twin/Double room requests must be made at the time of confirmation.
Interleading and adjacent rooms are subject to availability upon check-in.
No rooms are blocked; availability will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Additional Charges:
Transfers before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM incur a surcharge.
Vehicle waiting time beyond 15 minutes is charged at ZAR 150 per hour.
Tourism tax (if applicable) is payable directly at the hotel.
Conservation and gate entry fees at game lodges must be settled directly by guests.
Game Drives:
Operated on a shared (SIC) basis.
Children below 6 years are not allowed on game drives in Kruger National Park.
Ensure flight timings align with Kruger gate hours (MQP/HDS/SKZ).
Inclusions & Exclusions:
Water bottles are not included except for one provided in hotel rooms, subject to hotel policy.
Meals, restaurant water bottles, and personal expenses (porterage, tips, laundry, beverages, etc.) are not included.
Taxes & Payments:
Payments received in India are subject to 5% TCS.
Other Notes:
Hotels may change without prior notice in case of non-availability.
Porterage and tips are excluded from the package cost.
Standard check-in at establishments is 15h00; check-out is 11h00.
